A big wasp nest hiding on the trail.
Bees were everywhere.
Peeking out from the lake.
Snacking high up in a tree.
Pretty spider hanging upside down. These guys are really tiny.
Fluffy bushes blowing in the wind.
The bur marigolds made their usual November appearance this year. The park was a blanket of yellow as far as you could see. They don’t last long. This was in mid-November and two weeks later they were already dying off.
November is not the busy wildlife season at Circle B Bar Reserve but you have to go just to see the marigolds in bloom. It’s like walking through the land of Oz.
I love seeing wide sweeps of blooms, its like getting a hug from mother nature.
Such great shots
Yikes, that’s quite a wasp nest. Looks very large!
Incredible photos! As always! Loved them!
Wow very cool! And you know I love seeing mister alligator!
That nest is massive! Great shots!
I am fascinated by the pixelation of your pictures. It is very interesting. Bees and a croc …that is quite the combination.I have never seen a bee hive that big other than in Costa Rica. It is huge.
