A beautiful pre-Christmas day. It was a perfect day for sailing but I don’t think a single sailboat was missing.  What a waste!

I know I’m rubbing it in. This was a perfect day. You could be here instead of under 5 feet of snow. I didn’t even have a jacket on but there was a cool breeze.

There’s still a few butterflies around.

Two weeks until Christmas and it was 75 degrees. I had errands to run and chores to do before family came into town so I stayed close to home and stopped by the Safety Harbor fishing pier in between errands. I hadn’t been there in months. There were still a few manatees hanging around the pier but it was too hard to get a picture. The sun was up high making the water looked dark. I would have just gotten their snout coming up for air.

  1. Gorgeous photos, Dina. The wreath on the lamp post really does look Christmassy.
And you do have some wonderful sky photos, as Mary mentioned above. The one of the sun coming out above the pier is glorious. And of course your birds.
I hope you had a lovely Christmas, and that the new year is good to you and yours.
